Welcome to Earthflow Health Naturopathy. I’m a clinical naturopath and herbalist, as well as a wife, mum to three kids, two doggies, and a passionate lover of our incredible natural world. I believe vibrant health should be obtainable and achievable for everyone.
Think of me as a compassionate detective where I take the time to truly listen, look beneath the surface, and use a combination of evidence-based herbal medicine, nutrition, nutraceuticals, advanced functional testing, and lifestyle adjustments to uncover and treat the root cause of what's going on for you.
While I’m based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, my online telehealth clinic allows me to support clients all across Australia.
